NO BAKE BROWNIES
12-oz. pkg. semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup + 2 tsp. evaporated milk, divided
3 cup fine vanilla wafer crumbs
2 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Put chocolate chips and 1 cup evaporated milk into heavy saucepan, and stir over low heat until chips are melted. Remove from the heat. In large mixing bowl, combine the crumbs, marshmallows, nuts, powdered sugar and salt. Reserve 1/2 cup chocolate mixture for glaze, and stir remaining chocolate mixture into crumb mixture. Blend well. Press evenly into buttered 8 or 9-inch square pan. For glaze: stir remaining 2 teaspoons evaporated milk into reserved 1/2 cup chocolate mixture. Blend until mixture is smooth. Spread evenly over mixture in the pan, and chill until the glaze is set. Cut into squares.
