PEANUT BUTTER ROCKY ROAD
3 cup chocolate chips (or 18-oz. semisweet chocolate, cut up)
3/4 cup crunchy or smooth peanut butter
3/4 cup chopped walnuts, pecans or salted peanuts
3 cup miniature marshmallows
Combine chocolate and peanut butter, and stir until melted and smooth. Cool slightly, and stir in the nuts and marshmallows. Immediately spread in a foil-lined 11x7-inch baking pan, and pop it into the frig for 1 or 2 hours...or until it's firm. Cut it into little squares...and, keep any leftovers in the fridge.
