CHEESE SOUP

2  Tbsp. Chopped Onion

4  Tbsp. Butter

4  Tbsp. Flour

1/4 tsp. Salt

1/4  tsp.  Dry Mustard

2  Cups Milk

2  Cups Chicken Broth

2  Cups grated cheddar cheese

Brown onions in butter. Blend in flour and seasonings. Gradually stir in milk and broth. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add cheese. Cook slowly, stirring constantly until cheese is melted. Serves 4 to 6 people.
