MICROWAVE MEAT LOAF
1-1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 6oz can of tomato juice
1/2 cup uncooked quick oats
1 large egg
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried sage
1/8 tsp. pepper
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. When well combined shape into loaf and place in an 8 x 4 loaf dish. Microwave at High for 13 to 18 minutes, or until meatloaf is firm. Rotate once during cooking time. Let meatloaf stand covered for 5 minutes before serving. Serves 4 to 6 people.
