JOHNNY MOSETTE

See bread recipe below

3 pounds of ground beef

2 teaspoons of salt (this could be cut back some in my opinion)

1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

1 large onion,chopped

4 stalks celery, chopped

2 green peppers, chopped

1 large can of mushrooms, with the liquid

1 medium jar of sliced black olives, with the liquid

1 15-ounce can of tomato sauce

1 small can of tomato paste

1/2 to 1 package of noodles, your choice, cooked and drained

1/2 pound grated cheddar cheese

Brown the meat, in the largest skillet you can find. This is a big recipe. Add the remaining ingredients, except the noodles and cheese, and simmer for 1 hour. After simmering, add the noodles and transfer to a large baking dish, or dishes, top with the cheese, and bake for 350 degrees until the cheese is melted and browned on top. Makes at least 12 generous servings.

Serve it with, my favorite stand-by, every day white bread.....

 Every Day Just-Gotta-Love-It White Bread.

1 pound of flour (about 4 cups)

1 1/2 tsp. yeast

3 Tbsp. sugar

1 1/2 tsp. salt

3 Tbsp. butter

1 cup warm water

1/3 cup milk

Put all the ingredients into your Kitchen Aid mixer with a dough hook, and mix. Knead in the machine for 5 to 10 minutes. (Or use your favorite mixing method. This can also be done in a bread machine.) Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover and let rise 1 to 2 hours, depending upon the heat of your kitchen. After the first rising, shape into a loaf, put into a pan, and let rise until it comes about 1 inch above the top of the bread pan. Bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees. Delicious!
